Jaguar is a electrochemical weld cleaning system used for cleaning weld scales and heat tint on stainless steel. 
This system not only cleans weld seams but also passivates the area where it is applied. So the surface of stainless steel is more corrosion resistant after the application.

This process is Fast, efficient & economical as compared to the’process of pickling paste which is time consuming , far lesser quality of cleaning and very harmful for health of the worker.

Mostly pickling pastes are made with very strong acids such as hydrofloric acid and nitric acid which absorb through the skin and damage bones. 
Secondly it covers far lesser area / litre than the electrochemical process.

 

The brush used with Jaguar system is very durable and can cover upto 200 meters of weld seam. Available in different sizes.
